Printing Time

Hi,

For those who have printed using Bookvault in the United States, what would you say is the typical turn around time for them? I am wanting to have something printed in time for Christmas, but the project is not ready yet. I’m wondering what personal deadline I need to give myself in order to have the book ready on time.
