Reader-based review website?

I’m trying to find a website that existed back in 2016/2017 when I started publishing. And I’m not sure if I’m misremembering or just searching for the wrong thing (or if it’s still around).

But does anyone know of a website where authors can post their books for free and readers can download a copy in exchange for an honest review? I feel like I’ve seen authors use something like this for ARC reviews too, but I’m not sure…

Any help would be appreciated!
