Software Bug - Group PM Notifications

It seems like Circle might not sending email notifications for new messages to group PMs right now (though it will for individual PMs). A few of us in the same group PM have been experiencing this problem over the past week.

Has anyone else been experiencing this? And is there a way to report this to Circle?
