Spine Width Resizing

I have settled on getting my first print run with Total Printing Systems. They also do fulfillment. I have my cover already, but the spine width is off. I’d also like to include my award sticker on the front of the cover, and the original cover designer isn’t so keen on that idea, so I’d like to be able to do it myself, or find someone else to do it.

Is this something that can be handled by AI? Thoughts, suggestions, experiences?
