Still says zero subscribers

I’ve had a few people sign up for my newsletter but it still says I have zero subscribers. I’ve confirmed my email a few times. Maybe I’m doing it wrong? Also, if I fix the issue later, will I get the subscribers back or do they have to resubscribe?
