Substack discovery question

I’m very new here/to this forum. Please direct me if I’m misposting in any way.

I’m starting to deeply explore if and how to serialize my first FICTION book on Substack.

One initial question that I have, knowing that Substack is not great for DISCOVERY but is absolutely great for other reasons, what resources here at Author Media would you point me to towards in terms of learning about and becoming skillful at having your work discovered on Substack?

I do have my own (small) email list of ~2,000+ or so. Half related my work as an executive and leadership coach, the other half friends and family from just being around for many decades! Any things I should be reading/listening to on Author Media to entice them over the Substack?

And for getting NEW to me readers on Substack - what should I read/listen for that?

And yes: focussing on learning first…before trying to execute on anything!
