Tablet recommendations for writers?

I’m considering purchasing a tablet to use mainly for writing while traveling or on the go.

Does anyone have recommendations?

I’ve heard great things about the ipad, but I’m an Android user and am looking for an Android tablet.

Thank you! 😊
