Using a QR code in a reader magnet

I’m thinking of placing acQR code on my Stay Connected page in my reader magnet. Should it point to my homepage which has several sign up forms if they scroll down? Or is there a way to link it to a landing page in Kit? Or should I make a landing page in my website for those people who would use the QR code? Thanks in advance.
