Video upscaler

Does anyone have a video upscaling program/service to recommend? I have some fuzzy, low-resolution old videos I’d like to try improving. I’m happy to pay for a service as long as it’s not too expensive; some of the videos are 50 minutes long, and that can add up in a hurry.
