Web Hosting

I need some recommendations. I have been with Bluehost a long time, but have not been really happy with them of late. They have off-shored their customer service for the most part, their prices have really increased, and when I did need some help with my site they were incompetent. I even paid for their WordPress help for a month and they didn’t know what they were doing. I ended up spending hours at it myself and figuring it out.

Can Thomas and/or others recommend a better hosting site? Or do you think Bluehost is worth staying with?

Thank you in advance for your help,

Linda
