Website access question
Several people have told me recently that they cannot access my website. I am pretty sure I’ve done everything I’m supposed to for the privacy laws and such, and when I contacted my web host, they just sent a link to a DNS checker and said “The attached link will show what countries your website isn't loading in. It doesn't appear that any of the mentioned countries are denied access from visiting your website.” The list also includes a few places in the US. The people who told me they had trouble were from Belgium, Turkey, Germany—maybe a military base—and another I don’t know where. But a lady from UK told me she could see it. The lady in Germany said she could access it if using a US IP. I don't know if it matters, but my old domain (elizabethjanekitchens.com, the one he used for some reason for the DNS checker) redirects to my new one ejkitchens.com. It’s a self-hosted Wordpress site I set up years ago after going through Michael Hyatt’s instructions.
Any thoughts on why this would be an issue and is there anything on my end to do about it? I am not terribly tech savvy. Thanks for your help!
(And I just saw Thomas’s new YouTube website video and look forward to watching those and applying what I learn as soon as I have time! I know my website needs work.)
