Website repurposing ideas?

Last year I made a website for my science fiction convention. Now that it is past, I’d like to repurpose the domain/website to be a community resource for fans but also (and more particularly) for local SF/F authors. Listening to the Novel Marketing podcast this week on podcasts got the wheels turning on what I can do with it but I’m interested in hearing any thoughts or suggestions you might have. Are there any websites you’ve come across that are similar to this?

Thanks a bunch!
