Weekly/monthly time commitment for the 5-year plan?

Hey guys! Just wondering if anyone who has completed some/all of the 5-year-plan course could give an estimate on the average weekly time commitment the course requires?

I’m not unusually busy for an adult but I’ve got a full-time job and I’m very ‘in’ my current novel and not willing to put it aside at the moment.
