What do you enjoy most about writing?

Just curious about what you enjoy most about writing. Is it world building? Communicating with others? Sharing truth? Encouraging the reader?

Also, how, where and when do you like to write?

Here are my answers:

  • As a (primarily) non-fiction writer I enjoy writing as a form of connecting with others and encouraging them in their walk with God. When I write fiction, I enjoy the process of creating an alternate reality with characters, places, and situations that Iā€™d love to be in myself.

  • I love writing outside or near a window with a view of trees so that I can glance up from my writing and be inspired. I also love writing at the library or at a coffee shop.

  • I often write with classical music streaming in the background.

  • I generally write in the morning. šŸ˜Š
