When is a name too close?

I'm working on titling/branding my substack newsletter and was wondering how to tell if a name is too close to another entity?

I'm not stealing it, but the name I want contains one word that is the website for this other place. They happen to somewhat align with what I am writing though.

Any thoughts or advice?
