Where to download Bookvault cover template?

I’m trying to download a cover template from Bookvault, and can’t find where to do that. This is what Bookvault is currently showing to me:

According to Bookvault’s directions at this link, there should be a tab to the right of “text specification” that reads “design templates,” but that’s not displaying for me. (I’m logged in and paid the setup fee for the book I’m trying to get the template for.)

Does anyone have any tips on how/where I can get that template…?
