Which page to sign books on?

I am totally lost on which page to sign books on…. My first two books didn’t have a half title page, so I just signed them on the full title page. The new edition of Book #1 has a half title page, so I was going to sign there. But it’s also hardcover, and so now I’m second guessing myself and wondering if I should sign on the righthand side of the front endpaper (aka the first leaf) so that my signature is immediately visible (the half title page is after the endorsements page). I just checked with a Facebook writers’ group, and apparently they all sign their books on the full title page between the title and their name, but I thought the whole point of the half title page was to have somewhere to sign your name (and I’ve always found signing next to my printed name to be awkwardly reminiscent of a business contract).

Anyway… I feel completely lost, and am grateful for any guidance! I know readers probably don’t care that much, but I’m signing several dozen books for Kickstarter backers this weekend and want to do it right.
