I don’t love the metaphor in my ‘Why Join a launch team’ section. I’m going to work on that. But it’s a start.

Fun Thank-you’s for my Launch Team: Signed book, handwritten thank you notes, t-shirt (would have to include t-shirt size on application) (stepping in the story?), book merch for kids (booksmarks, EB superhero make your own trading cards, waterbottle stickers, devotional (devotional is a popular item on kickstarters I’ve seen))

Google Forms Draft: I mostly copied Thomas’s, but for author questions I added, “What genre do you write? and ‘Are you willing to share my book on your mailing list?’ You can’t see those without filling out the form, because I added them to a separate “section” based off a ‘Yes’ answer to “Are you an author”.
