Day 1 HW - How to Sell Yourself - Michael Fedor

My novel fits 10/10 into Entertainment but with 7/10 scores on Escape and 6/10 on Education. This was the feedback on the read magnet, which is the .5 prequel to the novel. Readers found it to be a page-turner; a few attested to reading it in one sitting to find out what happened. And every reader walked away feeling like they had learned something about government and democracy that they did not know prior to reading, but without being preached to or feeling turned off by an isolating political debate. Because my novel is a political thriller, the story must be exciting enough for the reader to keep turning pages and not returning to their Netflix.

My book is a thrilling page-turner with a chance to imagine a near future in America where a third Party led by admirable leaders has a real shot at taking on the internal threats to American democracy, which have reached a point of crisis.

Here is my list of stopped distractions:

Gaming alone, but I will still give my sons time when they need it.

Netflix and Apple+ binging, no matter how enticing Franklin looks.

Starting anything “new” – projects, books, or adventures
