Homework - Day 1

My book definitely falls into the category of “Escape” (although I certainly hope it will be entertaining as well!)

Readers will want to pick up my book because they want to escape their everyday lives—at least for a time. My book will allow them to immerse themselves in a new and different world full of complex characters, dark secrets, and amazing magic.

Barring issues beyond my control, I co not have any issues making time to do the work for this course. I am, however, going to make a concerted effort to give up perfectionism (or, at the very least, dial it back) while I am working my way through the material. My mantra for the next month is going to be “Done is better than perfect.”
