Homework: Fiddle with your phone’s settings for 10 minutes.

What feature did you find that most delighted you?

●        When you push a whole bunch of buttons on the phone, you can change the settings so the colors disappear, and then they come back in the morning!

Homework: What is your biggest technical fear?

●        Breaking something that I can’t get back.

Sometimes just writing down the fear makes it less scary.

Homework: Which method or methods do you plan to use to manage it?

●         Do it scared.

●         Remember that technology is a blessing.

Homework: What about technology are you grateful for?

●        That I can connect with readers and relatives wherever they are in the world. That I can call Aunt Jeri whenever I want to. That I can tell people about my book without having to wait to be able to buy paper and stamps. That I can send people to a website that works.

Homework: Which backup solutions do you use?

●         None right now, but I should probably invest in Dropbox
