HW#3 Ted Atchley Tech

What feature did you find that most delighted you?

●     I’m quite tech savy so I didn’t expect to find anything, but boy was I wrong! My Pixel has a feature called Night Light. This tints the screen amber to make it easier to read in dim light and reduces the blue light coming from the phone so you can fall asleep faster if you used your phone too close to bedtime. Even better, you can schedule the phone to automatically switch to amber from sunset to sunrise. This is so cool!

What is your biggest technical fear?

●     That I’m going to break something.

Which method or methods do you plan to use to manage it?

●      Breaking something will give me the opportunity to figure out how to fix it. I love problem solving.

What about technology are you grateful for?

●     Google Maps, Podcast apps, games, Bluetooth, Wifi, Email, KDP, Atticus, Scrivener, Twitter (I know, but I’ve met a couple of really cool people there), WordPress, Dropbox, Carbonite, Norton, Visual Studio, Android Studio.

Which backup solutions do you use?

●      Dropbox and Carbonite

Which password management system do you use?

●      Norton Password Manager
