HW#8 Email, email, email.....

Current: Just over 300 subscribers.

Next step: Creation of a fantasy reader magnet. It should be ready by June. My first book was sci-fi but my next series is going to be Fantasy, so I want to target those readers for my list.

My goal is to get to 1000 subscribers.

Biggest challenge: Growing my list. Since I have a smaller list, I found some reluctance from authors with bigger lists to do swaps. I’ve also been very picky about who I swap list, as I want to protect my reputation with my list.

Best emails: In December, I emailed my list about why “Charlie Brown Christmas” is the best Christmas movie.
