Dream Author Assistant - What would it cost per month?

Hi everyone! Just compiling a “dream” list of tasks I would love for an author assistant to perform for me throughout the year, ramping up around launch period of a book.

Based on your experience with this kind of work, what do you think is a reasonable monthly price to pay for these tasks to be completed throughout each month (ongoing)?

1. Create social media schedule, manages their release in my socials, and keeps me informed of what assets (graphics/videos/texts) have not been submitted yet

2. Keeps up on viral trends and offers suggestions to hop on them

3. Researches/connects with on-brand influencers

4. Finds on-brand authors to do collaboration posts

5. Comes up with new post ideas continuously, creates on-brand graphics

6. Receives videos from me with which they can compile and make simple reels

7. Manages my “surface level” social media engagement (likes, basic comments, stories, shares, etc)

8. Recruits street team members on a continual basis, growing the team throughout the year, engaging them regularly, hyping them for events/sales, and encouraging them to engage with my posts, announces weekly/monthly prizes for engagement (and informs me of when/who to send prizes to)

9. Manages giveaways/contests/entries/follow through (but I would send prizes)

10. Finds and books podcast/radio interviews

11. Sends my newsletters (I would provide ‘meat’ of the email, they would do all the promotions, add the pictures, keep the schedule, etc)

12. Manages and builds my mailing list (Story Origin/BookFunnel)

I can’t think of anything else, but that is hefty! If you think I missed anything glaring please include with your suggestion of cost.
