Need help with Amazon mess

I'm a professional freelance editor and writer with over 30 years in my own business, Logos Word Designs, LLC. Semi-retired and now mainly working on our own writing. My husband Richard and I have an apologetics ministry with two published novels (Omega Point Series), a study guide, and a joint compilation with other authors. Our third novel is coming out soon, and we also have four published apologetics booklets.

My problem is that I haven't mastered adding books to my Author Central page because my last attempt scattered some of them across Amazon. So, I'm looking for someone to consolidate all of them on my Author Central page. Furthermore, I also seem to have started a new Author Central page under my husband's name. Do we need it in addition to my page? Or will it add confusion? I could use professional advice! I had a great author assistant, but she's moved on and stopped taking projects, which I have occasionally.
