Publicist Wanted

I’m interested in hiring a publicist. Must be based in the US. I’d like to hire someone to work a few hours a week. Must reply below before sending me an email or you will be marked as spam.

I have a VA, and I’ve used a marketing firm in the past for Facebook ads, so that isn’t what I’m looking for. I want an actual publicist (entry level is fine) who can handle things like press releases, finding podcasts and blogs that I’m a good fit for, reaching out to local press, etc.

I can pay up to $30/hr for the right person. No international payments. There will be a Zoom interview before any money changes hands.

A little about me:
I’m an indie author (maybe hybrid is a better word since I have published in anthologies with a couple of small presses). I primarily write Christian romantic suspense/thrillers, but I’m starting a new pen name for Clean & Wholesome hockey romances.

I have a background in computers (tech support for a law firm), as a paralegal (mostly medical malpractice defense) and in the pharmaceutical industry (trademarks/patents).
