WANTED: Cover Designer & Formatter

My current cover designer and book formatter is no longer available. I’m looking for an artist who can create a book cover, spine, and back cover as well as format the inside pages to create print ready files.
I do not want to use AI, nor do I want a cover designer who uses AI.

The cover image can be hand drawn or digital art, but not AI.
