Manuscript Evaluation ($0.01-$0.015/word) — A big-picture diagnosis of your manuscript's strengths and weaknesses, with actionable next steps and a 30-minute follow-up call. Great if you want honest feedback before committing to a full edit.
Developmental Editing ($0.025–$0.04/word) — Hands-on, big-picture editing for structure, flow, clarity, and audience alignment. I work directly in your manuscript and provide a comprehensive revision letter.
Line & Copyediting ($0.02–$0.03/word) — Sentence-level polish that sharpens grammar, clarity, and consistency while preserving your unique voice.

A little about me: I'm a member of The Christian Pen. My training includes coursework from The Editorial Freelancers Association, The Poynter Institute, ACES, and I'm currently working toward a Certificate in Developmental Editing for Nonfiction from Club Ed. My rates are based on EFA industry standards, and since I have under three years of experience, they generally fall below the recommended ranges — so you get quality editing at accessible prices.
