Developmental Editor & Pitch Coach | Make Page-Turning Manuscripts + Punchy Book Pitches

I love helping people discover their superpower, create compelling content, and feel excited about pitching and networking. I teach how to pitch like a boss, network like a VIP, and write like an Oscar winner.

Together we’ll hone your book pitch and craft a personal introduction that makes people take notice, so you can use everywhere, from your book blurb to in-person sales, to getting booked on podcasts.

With your manuscript, I’ll offer positive, constructive feedback to help you shape a story that keeps readers turning pages and coming back for more. We’ll make your characters sing and your plot tight by focusing on emotion, strengthening structure, and embracing your genre.

In my wide-ranging career as a Hollywood development executive, I have worked in everything from feature films, television movies, and TV series, to animation and live action. I began my career reading scripts for Robert Zemeckis and Kathryn Bigelow, worked under Michael Eisner at Walt Disney Feature Animation, and developed projects for John H. Williams, producer of the billion dollar Shrek franchise.

I am a frequent podcast guest, appearing on The Novel Marketing Podcast and reoccurring on The Dialogue Doctor Podcast, among others.

I am the author of two non-fiction books, How to Turn Your Screenplay Into a Novel and The Pitch Master’s Top Tactics.
