(Filled) Looking for developmental editing experience

I have a year-plus of professional editing experience for a small publishing company (Kloria Publishing) and would like to branch into freelance editing in the near future. While I’m confident on my editing abilities for children’s fiction since I’ve worked on several projects now, I don’t have as much experience with full-length fiction (although I’ve self-edited two published novels, two novellas, and one manuscript still in the editorial process).

Anyway, I am looking for a few people willing to let me edit their manuscripts for free so I can get my feet wet and see if this is something I am ready to do freelance, or if I need more professional experience with the guidance of a publishing house first. I’m currently a full-time college student, so you’d be looking at about a 4-8 week turnaround time. I’d especially love to work with someone who’s worked with professional developmental editors in the past, because I am very much looking for feedback on how to improve.

I am willing to edit any genre of fiction, Christian or general market, but I will not edit anything opposed to Christianity or traditional Christian values/sexual ethics. (Neutrality is fine.) Generally speaking, I will edit anything up to PG for violence, language, and sexual content. PG-13 for violence is probably fine, and possibly for language and sexual content, but I’ll need more information before committing to either of those.
