Bookvault Shop: A new, better way to sell direct?

Hi all!

I’m getting ready to publish a book at the beginning of August. In the process of integrating direct sales into my author website (using Payhip and then Bookvault for fulfillment), I saw the announcement about Bookvault Shop, their new global marketplace for indie authors.

Any thoughts about selling direct via Bookvault Shop vs. using Bookvault only for fulfillment? Seems like Bookvault Shop doesn’t charge a platform fee, unlike Payhip, Shopify, etc. Wondering if @Thomas Umstattd Jr. and @Jonathan Shuerger might advise us indie authors in an upcoming Author Update. 😎
