PSA: Kit.com's one onboarding sequence and automation are no longer free on their low tier

In case you’re not aware, Kit.com used to offer a free email onboarding sequence and visual automation as part of its free tier. That’s no longer the case. You’ll need to subscribe in order to get your sequences and automations back.

I don’t recall getting an email. Did any of you get one? This apparently started in early Sept. of this year (2026).

I understand I was on a free tier, but the lack of notification didn’t create a good customer experience from my POV (writer pun intended).

Do you all have any other suggestions? I’m still growing my mailing list.
