My goals for November! Wk 1

I’ve done some planning and rough outlining for a YA supernatural/archeology adventure. I’ve only ever published short stories, never finished a full length manuscript- but I’m ready to finally get a first rough draft done because I want to submit it to the Realm Makers Aurora Contest Aug 2026! I’m starting slow and going to build word count each week of Nov. I won’t get to 50,000 but as far as I can.

Week 1 goal: 500 words/chapter for first Act (10 chapters)

3rd- 820 words

4th-0 due to medical issue
