Restarting ONM after a long hiatus

Hi, I signed up for ONM a few years ago when I had started writing a middle-grade series. I had the first novel written, revised, edited, cover, etc and the first draft of another novel written but then life intervened and I stepped away from writing for a year or so.

I started writing again at the very end of 2023 and by early this year had settled on writing some cozy mystery stories for adults for several reasons. I enjoy the genre and have what I think are some good ideas for a series. Also, I decided to take Thomas’ advice and not worry about the first couple of books I wrote — eventually I may come back to the kids stuff, but for now, I just view it as good practice.

Since it has been a minute, I decided it would be best to start ONM back at the beginning, so here I am :-)

I have gotten my writing habit back in gear and my goal is to get my first book ready to be published this calendar year.
