Adding reader magnet to Goodreads to solicit reviews for pre-published author

I ran this idea by AI Thomas and it approved, but was wondering if anyone has done this?

From the Goodreads help it appears what I need to do is:
1. ask to join the Goodreads Librarian Group
2. submit a new book via the specific forum listed in the help page
3. once it gets added, claim it as the author

I’m stuck on step 2 (I think). I requested #1 and can reach the link they supplied in #2, but I get errors while trying to submit.

Has anyone successfully done this as a pre-published author?
