AI Marketing Offers?

Over the last month or so, I’ve been inundated with emails offering marketing assistance that seem to be AI generated. All of them use a gmail account and have the pitch that sounds much like something AI would generate. I’m getting like 3 a day! Is anyone else getting these?

I’m wondering what it means that a couple of my books are suddenly getting noticed by these ‘bots’, and if there is really one person or many behind all these.

A new wave of them are now coming from fake book clubs wanting to read my book and asking if I’d like to make a virtual appearance to the club (if I pay a small fee to support the club).

It’s difficult to turn them off, as they all come from different emails. Any advice?
