Amazon Ads Getting No Impressions

I have been working through Dave Chesson’s course on Amazon ads and just set up my first campaigns. But even after following his steps to a T (and raising the bid to $0.75) I have yet to see a single impression.

Any advice on this? Do I just keep raising the bid until impressions appear?
