Author photo advice, pt 2!

Thanks to everyone who offered advice on the headshots I posted a couple weeks ago! I did some more photos with my mom, and am liking these much better. The picture below is what I’m leaning towards using as my headshot. Any concerns with it, or should I move ahead with that?

(I don’t love having the book in my hands, I think it’s a bit distracting from my face, but that was the only way to get me relaxed enough for a natural smile!)
