COMING FROM COLORADO SPRINGS!

Hey, everyone! All you beautiful writers, I can’t wait to join you in Austin. I’m 2/3 Texan and 1/3 Coloradan…went to 1st and 2nd grade there in Austin back in the early 60’s…been here in the Springs area for the past 12 years serving as a VA Caregiver for my elderly professor-father who is 92 years old, while also working diligently on my first novel, part-time.

THE FIRST PASSION, a Christian Psychological Suspense-Thriller (cross-genre, also a Coming-of-Age Love Story with Sports/Family Drama and a stunning Revenge Plot…set back in ‘94/’79) just came out on Amazon, and I’m working with my Amazon Proof Copy to get as close to file perfection as I can before printing higher quality paperbacks/hardbacks for signings/sales. Wow! What a venture—and adventure!

What has been MOST EXCITING OF ALL is to learn that my 20+ ARC readers have become as engaged with my dark romantic tale as I have been! Nothing like it to see others deeply embrace what I’ve poured my heart and soul into!!

My question:

For an Author Rookie (baseball is a big part of my mystery-laden story, don’t you know!) I need to understand how to slowly, or maybe more rapidly than I think, Launch Book One while knowing that I really need to finish Book Two before doing any significant advertising/promotion.

Or maybe I can promote, but without paid advertising? I’m novice at everything in Book Marketing and want to soak stuff up like a sponge! Thank you for reading this and for giving me the chance to meet you at Author Media’s Book Marketing Training with Thomas.
