Community-building HACK

I’ve been attempting to awaken a community I built (in Wylo) at my last Kickstarter. I have 60 members—but need to find a way to get energy and meaning.

Here’s something I’ve done. I downloaded two Community-building guides from Wylo (they are free on Wylo) then uploaded them into ChatGPT.

Because ChatGPT knows my stories and projects, it was able to tap into it to help me fast-forward fine-tune my answers to the workbook.

I tag-teamed ChatGPT with Thomas AI so I could tap into the zeitgeist felt needs of my target age group. (My Timothy can’t exactly identify the deeper cultural shifts she is feeling).

From here, I am creating goals and episode topics for not just my community but the core for my sci-fi fantasy and culture podcast that I’m awakening.

Another resource I found is on Gumroad (free download). Chapter 5 talks about how to do the Youtube Channel—in particular for community growth. Also Dale L. Roberts has a new book out about Youtube for Authors.
