Contact Form Question

I'm using the Divi Elegant Themes on Blue Host, what's the recommended contact form to use? There's the contact from for Elegant themes and there's the WordPress one. I thought there was supposed to be one from Jetpack, but I didn't see it.

Any suggestions?

I'm looking for a good anti spam function, too.
