Did I just sign up and spend $$ for elist growth that isn't my target audience?

I just signed up for 3 giveaways with AuthorsXP- 2 are giving away a kindle and the 3rd is for beach reads… I want to get my Christian memoir published so the audiences might not be a great fit, but that’s all that are listed. <sigh>

I’m working on writing a fiction book to try and get that published but I’ve JUST started it whereas the memoir (my testimony) is finished. My welcome series is set up to kind of go along with Christian memoir i.e. sharing one’s testimony so I’m not sure if what I’m doing makes any sense.

Am I just seeing through a glass darkly and need to keep going?
