Do preteens/teens read ebooks?

I put out a YA novel entitled A New Song with a traditional publisher who allowed me to issue it as an ebook on my own. I published it wide but sales have not been great (have not done much advertising though). I’m wondering if my Timothies are not reading ebooks. Are younger readers fans of ebooks?
