Experience with Give-away Platforms?

Hi Everyone, I would love to know your experience when using a service like Fussy Librarian or Book Barbarian (pic below) as to the ratio of sales (presumably of print books) to free downloads and/or whether you made back your money with the print sales?

Any other experience to pass on with services like this? Thanks!
