Facebook Advertising Woes

Hey everyone, Meta is driving up the wall here. I keep trying to verify my payment method, and it says that a temporary charge will appear on my statement with “MetaPay XXXX” and the 4 digits will be my verification code. However, the charge on my statement just says “Facebook” (and no code). I keep submitting a help request, but the stupid bots keep giving me the same article with the same information about what should be there but is NOT THERE. ARGH. Does anyone know how to fix this or get in touch with an actual human?
