Feedback for Podcast idea/title "Devotions for Fantasy Nerds"

I’ve been toying with different ideas for a podcast and am considering the idea of doing “Devotions for Fantasy Nerds” (with the further description of “Exploring Biblical Truth through Fantastical Worlds.”) What do you think of this title/idea? I don’t want to sound like I’m equating the Bible with fantasy in my wording.

I’m writing a Middle Grade fantasy novel, so this is related but probably would be directed more towards the adults who would be buying the books for their preteen kids. I’ve talked to a couple people in my life who are Christians who like fantasy and plan to talk to a couple others. I think I know which one I plan to use as my “Timothy.”

I’ve been preaching for 15+ years, and will occasionally use an illustration from a fantasy book/movie, but I feel kind of self-indulgent doing so because I know there’s a large percentage of people in the congregations that it won’t connect with. However, I think that there are those that also appreciate more imaginative ways of connecting with the Bible.

I’m thinking for the structure of the podcast doing a short Bible reading, talking about one of the themes in it and connecting with a fantasy story (I could also include references to poems, songs, movies, video games that are fantastical in nature). If it’s my own story or one in the public domain I could also include a recording of the story as a whole at the end of the episode. Eventually I could see talking to other authors about their biblical inspirations for their own books or short stories and doing episodes about that.

Any feedback would be appreciated!
