Feedback on Launch Team Form + Important Info

I just put together my launch team interest form (🥳) and would appreciate some fresh eyes on it to make sure it reads well without feeling like too much. Linked above.

I already made one pivotal adjustment after feedback from one friend—apparently, Amazon is now cracking down on reviews from launch team members who were REQUIRED to buy the book to join the team, resulting in flagging and banning. So that means you should NOT list purchasing as an expectation for launch team members; and the way around this is to make sure your language is clearly framed as a suggestion or request for OPTIONAL further support, only if the reader decides to also buy. (At least, assuming your launch application can be accessed in the public domain.)

Apologies if this is old news to some of you, but I’d long been under the impression that Thomas had strongly advocated requiring launch team purchases for verified reviews, and that this was still the way to go. Hopefully my examples of how I adjusted accordingly can be helpful to those going through the same phase of launch prep.
