Feedback requested on first issue of my newsletter

My reader magnet is finished. The first draft of the book cover (by a professional) looks good, just waiting for the final. My first goal after the conference was to finally get the newsletter moving, start to work on my email list.

I have a short welcome sequence in place already, but here is my first newsletter. I would appreciate any feedback you can provide. Thanks!
