Getting Endorsements

Can some of you share how you approach people or organizations of influence to endorse your book? My new book will be available for advance reader reviews and endorsements soon, and I have some organizations/people I’d like to approach about an endorsement, but want to do it professionally.

My book is a Christian non-fiction entitled, “The Creation Naturalist, Delving into the Marvels of Nature through the Lens of Faith”. I’m hoping to find some creationist and/or naturalists to support this book.
