Good clickthrough rate for Facebook Ads?

If you advertise on Facebook, what do you consider a good CTR for your book ads? I once saw a slide from one of @Alana Terry’s ads presentations showing some well-optimized ads performing in the range of 11–19% clickthrough, but I don’t know if that’s currently the case. I’m specifically interested in stats with Advantage+ turned off for audience targeting.
